Edgewood Getting a Brewery!?!

I saw this on the Prince of Petworth blog yesterday and it appears that a group is starting a brewery called Chocolate City Beer in Edgewood (PoP calls it Brookland, but it is in Edgewood). Read the article here. What do you think? I think it is great that building is being fixed up and that there is another small business coming to Edgewood. It should be interesting to see the reactions from the neighborhood. There is already some controversy over the name as evidenced on the PoP comment threads.
