Enter into an unconditional relationship with yourself, as you are right now, with appreciation and gratitude for your unique characteristics. As Valentine's Day approaches, thoughts turn to love. Join us for an afternoon workshop focused on self-love and acceptance.
All levels Vinyasa yoga practice with a personal goal setting, journaling, and discussion.
