FREE Mulch and Compost

You can pick up some free mulch and compost on Saturdays from the Fort Totten Transfer Station!

      Every Saturday! I also just called the number and I was told that you can pick it up during the week as well. Just need to tell the person at the entrance why you are there. Bring a DC license and utility bill just in case.
