Neighborhood Cleanup Today!!!
Dear Friends:
On the down side, our fair city is still blanketed in several inches of snow. On the UP side, the big thaw ramps up today!
Today, March 7, is the monthly Edgewood cleanup. **Special this month -- we encourage volunteers to bring their shovels, so if snow is blocking the litter, we'll dig out some crosswalks, fire hydrants, and sidewalks!**
We meet in front of the Rec. Center (300 Evarts St. NE) at 10:30 AM today. Please come out and join if you can. The cleanup is sponsored by the Friends of Edgewood, and starts here the first Saturday of each month, since '08. We provide bags and gloves, and snacks.
