The Chancellor's Row development in Edgewood by EYA has updated their website to state that they had over 200 people at their open house and have sold 11 houses so far. They also have a link to a July 1st article about the project by the Washington Times.
I have also received a link to the community amenities package which is described in the DC Zoning Commission Zoning order - they begin on page seven.
