The pedestrian bridge for crossing from the Rhode Island Ave Metro station to the Metropolitan Branch Trail is planned and scheduled for delivery in 2011. This will make accessing the metro much safer for those who cross the railroad tracks. Here's hoping it completes ahead of schedule!
