I have been told that the Safeway space at the Rhode Island Avenue Shopping Center will be filled by a
Big Lots this October. I tweeted this yesterday when I first found out and wondered if this meant we might have a chance at getting a Farmer's Market in Edgewood.
glad to hear that there will be something paying taxes here again. wonder how long of a lease they'll have?
ReplyDeleteHoping it is 10 years since that is what the leasing agent was looking for and why they said it was so hard to fill the location. I will try to find out.
